OPEN CALL: YOUR FILM AT MENA FILM FESTIVAL THE HAGUE

 

Do you see art in ordinary life?

 

The 4th edition of the MENA Film Festival filmcompetition this year also has a competition for local filmmakers and filmenthousiasts.

 

Theme: What does your dialy life look like during the covid pandemic? What does our city look like, your own living environment? How do you survive these times, what has changed and how do you picture this?

You can send your film (max. 10 min.) before May 10th to artistic director Mohammad Amin at info@MENAFF.nl and maybe your film will be screened at this years' festival and also winning € 250,-

 

About MENAFF

MENA Film Festival The Hague shows us a contemporary view on the cultural, political, social and artistc situation of the Middle-East and Northern-Africa through the eyes of filmmakers from these regions. On May 20, 21 and 22 we will show films, documentaries, and short films, selected by our festivaldirector Mohammad Amin. In a competition professional filmmakers battle for the prizes in a number of categories.

The selected films will be shown to our 20.000 international viewers from all over the world.

PROCEDURE

Three films will be selected by the jury of the MENA Film Festival. These films are also part of the filmfestival. A professional jury, chaired by festival director Mohammad Amin, will announce the winner proceding the festival on May 18th.
